How-To Workshops
These workshops are brief, 1hour long (at the most) sessions held periodically for small community groups made up of seniors, young adults or youths, to help them learn and make sense of common applications and mobile technology features often used in everyday life. The workshops are hosted for 5 to 10 people per session, for a very nominal fee or free.

As your company’s data is collected during its normal operations, Data 20/20 provides services that transforms your data into useful and effective information to be analyzed for insights. Our analysis will result in reports presenting the following to your stakeholders and leadership: KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), current behaviors and trends

Data 20/20 provides an everyday need for capturing data with accuracy and quality through our data entry service. This allows our clients to focus on their business strategy and other essential activities, while entrusting us with the entering of their paper document or transcription data to an electronic format for availability when needed.
